Same Old Story

I reluctantly decided to shop at Toys R Us online and had the presents shipped to his mother-in-law’s house.
I kept getting the distinct feeling that he really didn’t want us down there and then today the Sea Hag texted me and told me that he isn’t living at the mother-in-law’s house anymore. Apparently S.H. confronted him about his paycheck and some ER visits for pain pills that she has just discovered and he packed his stuff and moved back into his house – with no electricity – in VA, where thanks to weather.com, I found out the heat index is not TOO bad this week. She also stated that they are going to be evicted from that house soon anyway because they have not paid the rent in months.
I know he’s a grown man, but what the hell happened to that sweet son of mine who I loved with every fiber of my being? My heart is broken for him, for her and for my grandchildren.
Popeye told the Sea Hag that he doesn’t have a problem.
No comments please – I know what you’re going to say and I appreciate all of your kind thoughts.
